What methods do you use to ship?
To keep prices low, we use USPS Media Mail and First Class mail for the majority of our packages. We may, for large orders, use another carrier.
What is free shipping and how long does it take?
Free shipping is either by USPS Media Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending on the weight and number of DVDs purchased.
Typical delivery time is 7-10 days for either method. However, delays sometimes happen especially at peak times.
Do you price match?
Yes! We will match the price on any DVD offered by any authorized retailer. In order to price match, you simply need to send us an email by using the "Contact Us" link and tell us where you saw the DVD at a cheaper price. Please note that we will match the total price, which includes the DVD price plus the lowest shipping cost offered. Remember that all DVDs have free domestic shipping.
Do you have other DVDs that aren't listed on your site?
We have access to thousands of different titles. We list the most popular on our website, but we can always try to obtain a title for you. These include older titles and international titles. Please contact us to discuss what you are looking for and we will try our best to find it.
